The Company is a US global leader and innovator in plastics industry.
The Engineering Manager will manage all new program and mold making activities from Request for Quotation through Release to Production. This includes overseeing all projects to ensure that they are completed on schedule, within budget, and executed to both internal and external customer specifications and requirements.
The Candidate
Engineering degree preferred, plus 10+ years of related hands on experience, Proven leadership skills to develop a team approach that will ensure quality and productivity within the department, Self-motivated and self-starter is essential. Familiar with modern mold making technologies including CNC machining, EDM, etc. Experience with mold design and mold flow analysis. Fluent in CAD. Experience with Unigraphics CAD is preferred. Experience with small component, high precision, multi-cavity molds. |
