Job responsibilities:
•Lead a large team of experts in conducting analysis of banking sectors as well as financial analysis, gap analysis, ratio analysis and due diligence of selected banks
•Organize the work schedule and enhance the feedback of the managed team
•Review policies and strategies, corporate governance, and anti-money laundering policies
•Draft credit applications, develop credit policies and procedures
•Conduct trainings for financial analysts of the client institution
•Provide quality control and submit the reports and annual reports prepared by the team members
•Provide recommendations on credit applications based on international best practices
•Suggest risk management and reduction strategies
